Bristol Boy Posted February 14, 2005 Report Share Posted February 14, 2005 What it means is that at the same stage of the season we were third and didn't look like getting promoted after spending £2m and we still were third after 46 games and we didn't get promoted. That took a highly experienced manager 4 seasons not 7 months, to achieve. Which just shows that bringing in an experienced manager doesn't always pay off. That's not to say that I'm Tinnions biggest fan ← True as always but at least we were in with a fighting chance. Last season ended after game 49. This season is all over bar the shouting at the end of game 32. If that's the difference having an experienced manager in provides then lets get another one quick!!!!
