As for giving DW 4 years, in all that time we seemed to be moving forward (however slow) not sliding back. The main difference is that DW inherited a team in termoil and turned it into a team ready for promotion wheras BT has turned the team ready for promotion into turmoil. city nut Posted February 15, 2005 Report Share Posted February 15, 2005 This season is as good as over so there is little point sacking Tinnion or him resigning. This is because any a new manager coming in would be very lucky to organise a team and get us into the Playoff in such a sort time span. We should therefore give Tinnion till May to prove himself. If he can get the team consistently playing well by the end of season then give him another season. If the team has made no progress by May then we should consider Tinnion's position.
