Taz
9,007. For a league game against one of the poorest teams in the league, added to the fact that we have been so inconsistant lately granted, but for a midweek game that is shocking. A Horse With No Name
That was always on the cards, and if we had lost on Saturday, I dread to think what the crowd would have been.
Rich-TWSC-
Oh to get 9,000 at Swindon I think the weather is the factor here.

RedM
Two points to consider... 1). it was freezing cold, snow was forcast. Many people travel a long way to attend matches. But more to the point, I guess the majority of people there already had tickets, mostly season tickets? Not sure how many would be casual/pay on the night fans. Many of these would have perhaps opted for an evening infront of the fire, watching some champions league match on TV? 2). Many, many teams would give anything to get a gate of 9,000. Many, many teams have to survive on gates less than half that. Makes you wonder how they do just that.
