cider head Posted March 7, 2005 Report Share Posted March 7, 2005 i'm trying my best to be a tinnion supporter and also supportthe board but they are not making it easy for me and i guessa few others, the new badge it seems we will get if we like itor not, and the cr@p football and a 5-0 drubbing is reallymaking me re-think about can tinnion take us anywhere?Part of a pm i had on otib from someone who wishes to be anonymous.As you were the first to design a new badge I thought I would let you know that I have just phoned the club shop and the shitty new badge that no-body likes is now available on mugs from the club shop as well as the "old badge" ,her words not mine.MABE THE BOARD SHOULD THAKE IT'S OWN ADVISE ABOUT CHANGE AND BUGGER OFF. cider head Posted March 7, 2005 Author Report Share Posted March 7, 2005 well £7 all but 1 penny on a logo 90% of fans don't want.a pm i had today...Quick update.Only the mugs ( 2 different designs both at £6.99p, the one that I have has a sticker underneath with the price and it is called sublimation boxed mug ) are available with the shitty badge on it at the mo but according to the bloke in the shop the announcement that the badge is going to be official is "imminent" or however it is spelt but I think he was as much in the dark as us and was only guessing.it is disgusting that it is getting forced on us especially as the polls forum shows over 90% do not want the badge and I do not know a single person that wants it apart from the board of BCFC.Just shows the clubs attitude towards the fans, we don't care what you want as we want this, it stinks, i'm utterly f'ed off Cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Despite the chaos in the club at the moment, this is not a minor issue. The former players of Bristol City who wore the shirt with pride in good times and bad must be as bewildered at this monstrosity as us fans. If we are to be currently denied the opportunity to be proud of the eleven players wearing our shirt, at least leave us with a worthy Club badge.
