So who is Tinnion trying to fool this time

"First goal would be vital and we had chances to get it" mmmmmm(?!) One chance early on from a corner!! "When we had to chase the game, Bournemouth caught us on the break" according to Ceefax. On the break my backside What game was he watching ? Bar the first ten minutes Bournemouth out thought, out fought and out footballed us playingthe better controlled football during the remaining 80-85 minutes. the sad truth is that had it not been for Steve Philips, Bournemouths victory wouold have been far more emphatic. They were fluent throughout all working for themselves and each other, each knowing what was expected from them. Every time the ball was in or around our box there would be five, six and sometimes seven blue shirts within 20-25 yards of our goal. When, on the other hand, we 'lumped' the ball forward we would have Lita!!

Yet again another abject and inept performance in which we have appeared to be tactically unprepared and soundly beaten.

So whose turn will it be to be made the scapegoat for this defeat ?

Tommy Doherty ? No-Top outfield performer last night.

Danny Coles? No-Along with Carey kept the Giant Fletcher quiet.

Tony Dinning ? No-Surely not.

Keith Millen ? No- Tinnion was in the dug out.

Senior Pro's ? No-This card was used after defeat at Port Vale.

Forum Users ? No-Who listens to us.

Danny Wilson ? No-not even the ever decreasing blinkered Tinnion fans can blame him for this.

No-The blame for this defeat and this fiasco of a season must be accepted by our incompetent manager. It is he who decides training, It is he who dictates tactics, It is he who picks the team, and, it is he who motivates.

Smith, Bell, Murray, Keith, Brooker are not good enough( from the starting 11)

all bar one signed by the current incumbent of the hot seat, and whilst Brown runs around he achieves little.

What has Luke Wilkshire done wrong ? Eight goals from midfield up to Christmas!!

What has Paul Heffernan done wrong ? Surely worth a starting place

What has Marc Goodfellow done wrong ? Scored for his loan teams regularly

Alas, no doubt Mr Lansdown will stick with Tinnion so that he can pull the strings both in the boardroom and on the pitch. Our only hope however,is that being a business man, he will know that this time last season we were enjoying a run of four or five 'full houses' and with it the financial rewards. Last night there were 6000 less, and with Wrexham and Doncaster to come, the 'sold out' signs can be put away for the forseeable future. In addition to the lost revenue Mr Lansdown is surely anticipating a fairly large reduction in season ticket sales for the new campaign.

Finally on a brighter note to sign off: Congratulations must go to our under pressure manager and chairman for taking the club back four and a half years in just ten short months. Perhaps they could be the new Timelord and assistant in Dr Who. wink.gif

Come on Mr Lansdown. swallow your pride, rid the club of this incompetent manager, Replace the fans apathy by reigniting the passion and belief and reunite the players under a new "Leader of Men".

TINNION OUT

Consistant in views & it's becoming far more easier to agree with these sentiments.

I know we all hear that BT is in his first season & lacks experience etc etc.

But Play-Offs has GOT to be the least we must achieve this season.

We have been so inconsistant all season & the bit that so worries me is that BT is saying that more new signings in the Summer will be vital.

If his initial signings are anything to go by then we have a real Summer of discontent ahead.
