Phillips - keep, good shot stopper but needs to command box better.

Smith - out, cant stay on his feet & gets done to easily, too small

Carey - Keep, however i would play him at right back

Coles - Keep, playing better recently but needs somebody with him

Fotune - out, big lad but to much of a wimp, loses to many headers

Bell - out, like him and been loyal but to old and slow now, again small

Murry - out, lost his pace and confidence

Doc - Keep, best player at the club by miles, still the captain on the pitch

Orr - Out, ranks as one of the worst footballers ive ever seen

Godfellow - Bring him back, scores goals and is better than that joker keith

Wilkshire - Keep, Scores goals good passing, needs to become harder

Brown - Keep, young and one for the future, don't think hes good enough yet

Brooker - Out, cant control and gets done in the air to much. always knackered

Lita - Keep, 27 goals is good enough for me

Heff - keep, good players needs more of a chance

Gillespie - Out, not ever going to be given a chance so save on wages

Miller - out, get our money back thoughh nothing less is acceptable

Tinnion - Out - has not got a clue what hes doing, take millen too.

I would break the bank to get Howard from Luton, we need two centre halves that are able to win the ball and we need to become bigger as our side is to small. We need also need another midfeilder as i don't think brown is up to the job yet.

Next season if i could,

phillips

carey, new signing, new signing, goldbourne

Cotterill, Doc, New Signing,Goodfellow

Lita, Howard

My thoughts

Phillips needs serious competition.

Fortune keep him and get in a decent ball winner to play with.

Goodfellow is poor at best. Absolutely no defensive value and cuts inside far too much. The odd goal and the odd run doesn't make up for skipping every single tackle. Sell him.

Only want Doc to stay if he can run for 90 minutes and play 40 games next year.

Wilkshire keep him only if he actually wants to play for the club.

Brooker is one of the best in the air and best at holding up the ball we've had in years, he can score a few too. His control isn't great but I've seen worse from big players at higher levels.

Keep Gillespie for when Lita leaves.

You left out Coles who I'd keep but only if he can manage with less than 5 yellows next year.

Other than that I agree.
