I'm on my second season, promoted first time while lowering the wage bill and spending only about 50k. Paul Heffernan was League One top scorer despite me selling him to Wigan (for 1.7 mil) in February who promptly got relegated!

Butler (no pace) and Murrray (rubbish first few games) were sold quickly to lower the wage bill as was Wilkshire. Darren Hawkins is shockingly good...amazing at finishing, heading, passing and dribbling, under-21 cap and worth 2 million. Paul Watts, my sub striker. has the first touch of a brick

hes quality BUT is also greedy, currently on £1,800p/w and wants to commit his future to the club and i can offer him a contract of upto 8k p/w but he wants 16k p/w and I'm only in the championship ive offered him the most i can p/w and signing on fee along with aload of bonuses. Any tips on trying to keep him at my club and to get him to sign a new contract as it runs out at the end of the season

Nick Chadwick and Graham scored for fun, and Nick is continuing to in the championship

I also had Enzo Scorza for a while until everton bought him for 5 million.
