Next year we will have 3 up front, FACT. if we play 4-3-3 maybe we may have more support in the middle. 4-3-3 isn't bad, tins shouldn't be put off, it will be very useful next year i think.

We don't need a holding midfielder, just a team that can keep the ball.

TINNION: (if you only read one thing, read this)

WE NEED TO PLAY PASSING FOOTBALL, NOT ALWAYS AT A HIGH TEMPO. IF TINNION CAN GET THE PLAYERS HAPPY AND WORKING AS A TEAM WITH BELIEF AND CONFIDENCE, WE CAN DOMINATE THE DIVISION AND EVERY FAN WILL BE BEHIND US.

so come on, actually SUPPORT the team and we will do well.

TRUST ME if any1 reading this can speak to tinnion, tell him to read this, it will work.

Listen Steve, We know it's you.... I thought you said you would take more of a back seat approach?

433 = long ball (FACT). Gillingham and Rotherham played it a few seasons ago, and it got them out of this **** division but you have to have the right type of player (Gillingham had Akinbiyi etc, Rotherham had Fortune-West etc) to play that style and as we have no target man (Steve Brooker has many good attributes but he is not an out and out target man) it will NOT work.

Stick with 442 we have the players for that style and experimenting with different formations didn't work last season and it won't this either.

last season when we played 4-3-3, it was long ball, but without the necessary players. this season we need to keep the ball and be better as a team. FACT

We won't be playing 4-3-3. Tinnion has learnt that much at least.

we will play with 3 up front, we've got to.

to be a good team we need to be organised (knowing how to score AND defend), confident (but not disappointed after 1 bad result), happy (players working together as a unit with good morale).

if we get this we will walk the division

4-3-3 is not long ball if u play short passes

We don't have to. To be a good team we just need to sort out the defence and contine playing 4-4-2. We won't walk the division whatever.
