redmeanie Posted July 13, 2005 Report Share Posted July 13, 2005 He's only had 1 full season - alright, he did superb with his goal tally and it may be missed but no-one knows if he'll be able to reproduce this form.Also, I'm not sure stewart and lita is the best combination for this division. it lacks height. Pace and dribbling skills can be replaced by using cotteril more effectively. Stewarts a proven goalscorer and fingers crossed will tear div 3 defences apart but he's going to need the service. was leroy's service really that good? can't ever remember many assists? I would've gone with stewart/brooker over stewart/lita anyway- i think it would have been more effective.Plus he's a crap penalty taker! he's going to go for a good price, better than we'd get in a tribunal a year on. cashing in now is a good move and we can strengthen other areas to have a more solid team.
