I agree, Millen seems to come across as a figure the players look to. I notice he has been giving more interviews recently as well, maybe to face this undue stick in a way? It is always hard to judge how good a job an assistant manager is doing, only the players/manager can tell you that and it seems fairly positive. Lets make a toast (looks for wine glass emoticon)....
