HertsRed
Heard many people passing comment about goodfellow being left footed playing on the right and how he is too predictable cutting inside time after time and that Wilson has signed the wrong player again. The point is, the biggest thing that this seasons team was missing in comparison to last years was Murrays goals. The majority of which came from Murray beating his man and cutting inside to finish, exactly what Goodfellow is going to bring to the team and exactly what I believe he would find it more difficult to do from the left hand side. I don't think people would see it as so much of a problem if our left winger beat his man and got a few decent crosses (which incidently he is more than capable of) on a more consistent basis. Its all about balance you see...
PhatWill
Spot on. Also Goodfellow was on the shoulder of the last man quite a lot on Saturday IN THE CENTRE. Which is another way that Murray scored a few from last season. I say keep Goodfellow on the right for the time being.
bobby
I'd say just keep him on the pitch as he has injected some much needed (and previously missing) pace into the team. Don't care whether tis right, left or centre just keep playing him.
