Portland Bill Posted August 11, 2005 Report Share Posted August 11, 2005 Just had a look on the main site and see that Tinman is thinking of playing Marcus Stewart on the left of midfield. He says he played well there at Huddersfield. I don't doubt that he did because top class players will play well anywhere.BUT....... surely when you have a TOP CLASS STRIKER who has scored goals for fun everywhere he has played you play him in his REAL position. I cannot believe that after just 2 games our manager is even contemplating putting a player who scored 20 goals for Sunderland AS A STRIKER on the left of midfield .Cant we just settle on a side,play players in there true positions and see what happens.
