Redtrojan Posted August 15, 2005 Report Share Posted August 15, 2005 I think it is time that we pick the team to fit the formation,rather than the other way round.I don't think we're a million miles away from sorting things out,but i think that Tinman has understandably ,but naively tried to include all his big names in the team,whether they are in the right position or not.Obviously stewart is not a left winger and should not play there again.If Tinman has decided he wants Brooker and Bridges up front then Marcus will have to be content with the bench for now.Tough decision ,but needs making.Woodman needs dropping,and the defence will i'm sure gel into a solid unit.The midfield is trickier with so many options,but without an out and out Left winger we will have to compromise with Grant or Wiltshire(neither perfect),Brown and Russel in the middle and Cotterall on the right.I cannot believe that that team will not be in the top 6 at the end of the season.I'm keeping the faith a little longer.
