There was nothing from the team: no desire, no passion, quite frankly they didn't care - with the exception of Wayne Rooney. Now David James, what a load of rubbish he is. He has made blunders at every level he has played at. There is Kirkland, Green, Carson even Wright who all deserve to be ahead of him in the England pecking order.I really hope we will never see him pull on an England shirt again.
