I have missed out Lita, Hill and Aaron who I don't think he wanted to leave.The team with Philips in goalAmankwaButlerColesBellAnyinsahTommyDinningGillespieMillerHeffIMO defence looks more solid than current back 4. Midfield more threat down the sides and if focussed greater stability in the middle. Up front Stewart and Bridges better, but given decent service not bad.IMO the team of rejects, wasters and troublemakers which Tinnion does not want would give his hand picked team a damn good game. Amankwaah would have the freedom of the right hand side with a no bugger in front of goldbourne, poor lad a baptism of fire for him this season. Spud55 Posted August 31, 2005 Report Share Posted August 31, 2005 Right so you have a right back from a team that makes our defence look good.Butler who was a complete and utter liability, only looked good for one season when coles was outstanding and was able to cover up for butlers mistakes/inadequacies.A left back who god mullered by our out of form right winger and then by our young right winger. Good going forward, but dismal at defending.A midfield made up of one player who we wanted to keep badly.One who would turn up for about 20 games a season, but was a good player.A central midfielder who was fairly cack, and did absolutely bugger all against our current midfield.A striker on the left, something that tins gets criticised for A striker who never really settled, and after Dw's treatment of him didn't particularly want to be here anymore. But a good striker.And another that we only sold because Lita was making as if he was going to sign a new contract. Wouldn't have gone if we knew lita was going.
