BCFC Grim Posted September 3, 2005 Author Report Share Posted September 3, 2005 i can fully understand what you are saying, but when the players are on the pitch, its them that need perform, these are proffesionals, they shouldnt need to bemotivation.you have 10000 fans watchen making noise( not to much at the gate), love for the club, and the amout they get paid, motivation shouldnt be a problem.they have the quality, noone can doubt that, but they(PLAYERS) are not performing to their potential.
