Red Cloud Posted September 18, 2005 Report Share Posted September 18, 2005 after mr whoosh himself impressed against colchester I decided to count yesterday how many aimless punts Carey did - 6 times in the first 18 minutes!!! every single one easily found their defence & came straight back - God knows how many times he did this as I just closed my eyes when he got the ball!What's happened to our game that we have to resort to this time & time again?Where has the fast, fluent passing game gone?Why the hell is Carey constantly in the team?Why am I so bored watching the City these days?Why do I feel the need to write posts like this when I should be positive?Depressed or what! Soon as the defence got the ball they would kick it up the field, in such a way that Stewart and Gillespie were fighting a losing battle against Butler.
