Couple of points:

As we seem to be talking about potential investors, the guy who owns the company that make SPECS road "safety" cameras is a City fan. He also set up Symonds, a Construction Consultancy firm which he sold, making it Capita Symonds. He is also a director at Bristol Rugby.

Secondly, I find it a bit odd that no-one has kicked up about John L's suggestion that Tinnion was "sacked" instead of "standing down." Has no-one else thought that if publicly Tinnion was sacked, Steve L would have been under HUGE pressure due to his "judge me on Tinnion" comments, hence why he publicly "stood down."

Of course. I think that the comment alone makes his position untenable. However in the eyes of the majority of otib-ers he is fireproof due to the financial situation if nothing else.

At the time it came down to a tale of two Cities, Manchester and Bristol. There was and still is no comparison.

No amount of money would have kept Shaun Goater at BCFC with MCFC sniffing around.
