Had the dubious pleasure of sitting in the Brian Clough stand amongst the Forest hoards on Tues and seemed to see several things that have not been mentioned on here, that those around me agreed with.

Firstly City started the game as well as any this season, passing and moving the ball through a static Forest defence and the goal looked on the cards. At 1-0 Stewart latched onto a wide through ball and shot across goal with keeper nowhere, just missing far post, at that point Forests defence looked all over the shop and had that gone in I suspect |Citys confidence would have grown. Instead Forest get awarded a dubious pen and then the City defence goes to sleep and we`re 2-1 down. Just after their second their goally came for a ball 2ft outside his area and picked it up, No flag whistle or anything even he looked amazed, should have been red card and free kick. The rest is well documented a toothless 2nd half from City, a cracking strike from Commons.Stewart and Lester looked the only class on the pitch, the difference was MS was having to come deep to show it Lester was doing it in and around our box.
