In one of the closest Grand Finals ever, Sydney held on for a four point victory and have taken home their first title since South Melbourne relocated to Sydney, and overall the clubs first since 1933.They were twenty points up at half time, but clung on to take home the spoils by less than a goal margin. In fact it took a miracle mark inside Sydney's own 50 from Leo Barry in the dying seconds to deny the Perth team it's 3rd AFL flag.Sydney 8.10 (58)West Coast 7.12 (54)Attendance 91,898 at a fantastic looking re-developed MCG.Well done the Swans.
