What Do Our Defensive Coaches Actually Do To Earn Their Wage?

I'm not to sure what they do, we have the same problem week in week out when it comes to defending crosses and/or set pieces. Once again a player like Wayne Allison, who scores a handful each season at best scores against us with a header!

We never improve, so what do you reckon Millen and co actually do on the training field?

In fairness to the coaches our respective managers (Tinns and GJ) are now playing the 13th different combination of central defenders this season.

And they are also still playing Fortune.

I think the manager may have to take a little of the responsibility although I guess he could claim "these are not my players". Makes you wonder what a manager is for?
