Some of you may by now be aware that there's a Parade of Legends taking place on Monday 28th November at the Dolman Hall from 6.30 to mark the launch of the Supporters Trust.

There's a terrific line up of 34 legends so far confirmed. The plan is to show some clips of golden goals and magic moments for each era and then ask the legends from each era up onto centre stage to take the applause. The legends so far attending are below and I'm sure you'll agree this is a star-studded line-up.

Entrance is free for 900 people on a first come first served basis.

We need people to know that this event is taking place and have produced flyers to hand out on Saturday. We need people to hand out these flyers from inside the ground at the turnstiles from 1.30pm. We need the following;

3 or 4 people at each end of the Williams (that's 6-8 fans who sit in the Williams) to hand out flyers as people enter the turnstiles.

3 or 4 people at each end of the Atyeo (that's 6-8 fans who sit in the Atyeo).

6 people in the Dolman

These numbers are required in addition to half a dozen or so people selling raffle tickets.

I hope you can make it for the event itself and if you are able to help distribute flyers on Saturday please reply to this thread or send me a PM.

Thanks,

Miles

Thanks for the (unpaid!) support on this thread and for the PMs I've received.

We still need more help. Please get involved. Having met with Sounds Commercial tonight who are helping us put the show on I know this is going to be a BRILLIANT night for every City fan who goes. We need City fans to know it's taking place because we know they'll be cheered right up if they do. That's what the flyers are all about.

As it doesn't get busy until 2.10 ish, if anyone can join in from that time too please let me know.

Cheers,

Miles

Will you be letting in anymore than 900 fans? Also to make sure I get in, what time would you advise me to turn up?

The evening starts at 6.30 but no, 900 fans is the limit on the hall. If a few extra slipped in that'd be great but I am sure you will appreciate that a line will need to be drawn at some point. Arrive as early as you can I would suggest. It'd be too dangerous for me to give a time because I'd feel awful if you got there at that time and couldn't get in!

Thanks mate for the information and one final question, will SteveL and GJ both be avaliable for questions?

Thanks, Alex

While both will speak we're not having an open floor Q&A session. They will of course both be available for you to have a chat with between 6.30 and 7.30 and again between 8.30 and 9.00.
