bcfc seattle Posted February 7, 2004 Report Share Posted February 7, 2004 So I was watching an olympic qualifer today Costa Rica vs. Mexico well Costa Rica tied the game and won the group (both teams go to Semi's) So tomarrow/(today your time) USA plays Honduras with the winner getting the "honor" of winning the group and playing Mexico in Mexico to make the olympics. hmmm wonder how hard the teams are going to play. who can score more own goals? The USA U-18's beat Mexico in Guadalajara two years ago but I can not recall any other team when that was done. It will be sad to see one of those two countries not qualifying for Greece. First half was the most boring half of football ever. 2nd half 10 man us came out attacking as did Honduras. well I guess you can't say they were trying to lose, so more power to them.
