I realise its a mood dependant question so just blaze whatever category you fancy, but what are your top 3 tunes of all time?

Overall Top 3:

1)What's Going On? - Four Non-Blonds

2)Back Home - England's 1970 World Cup anthem

3)Days - The Kinks (Just in ahead of Waterloo Sunset and Apeman)

Big Gay Bear Top 3:

1)I'll Be There - Jackson 5

2)Songbird-Oasis / Flowers in the Window - Travis(I tend to always recognise them as one in the same song)

3)Stand By Me - Ben E.King

A Footnote-

No Dylan, No Beatles, No Blur. Tis a sad day.

Sinatra's 'My Way' was challenging for honours but it's possible arrogance interpretations is what lost it for it. Plus, me still being a relative babbie, I think you need to be a of seasoned campaigner of about 70 to fully relate to it.

That's too hard a challenge. There's no way I could narrow it down to 3, and of course my favourite songs are always changing.

Here are some of my favourites anyway :) I tried to limit it to one per artist.

The Eagles - Hotel California

Bob Dylan - Subterranean Homesick Alien

The Beatles - Strawberry Fields

AC/DC - Back in black

Radiohead - Let down

Rufus Wainwright - Dinner at Eight

Ben Folds Five - Underground

Elton John - Tiny dancer

Pixies - Nimrod's son

Josh Rouse - Love vibration

Bruce Springsteen - Thunder Road

Talk Talk - It's my life

Dr Dre - Let me ride

Weezer - Say it ain't so

Certainly a few missed out there.

i'd say emo(MCR), rock(???too many), punk(new found glory) and indie(hard-fi and the killers) are the highest on the list thow
