CiderEagle Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 Quick question - the club is showing the Cheltenham game in the Red'N'White bar and it says on the official site "season ticket holders" - is this correct, or can anyone go in? And failing that, foes anyone know if the TVs in the Atyeo have that game on ?Thanks.
Dollymarie Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 You do have to be a season ticket holder to get in there. Men on the door ask to see your ST book before you are allowed in.
CiderEagle Posted January 27, 2006 Author Posted January 27, 2006 Cheers for the swift reply, Dolly me dear - that'll be Plan B then.Trouble is, I don't have a Plan B - anyone recommend a pub near the ground with Sky?
Littlesh*t Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 Plan B- wait for a realy big person to walk in and hide behind them hoping not to be seen . Or you could tell them that you have forgotten your season ticket to the game and they might let you in, i had to do this before. but they might be a bit stricter against swansea
Guest Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 I think you can ask for a pass at the ticket office. Don't quote me on that, but I seem to remember something like that being said previously.
Granty Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 I think you can ask for a pass at the ticket office. Don't quote me on that, but I seem to remember something like that being said previously.I think that is if you wish to bring in a 'guest' with a season ticket holder.
scarz3 Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 It's on BBC1 mind so you don't have to have sky.
Guest JOHNSONBCFC Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 or i have plan B! you can get 2 people with season tickets to go in and then one brings both books out and gives one to youBingo!your in!
CodeRed Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 or i have plan B! you can get 2 people with season tickets to go in and then one brings both books out and gives one to youBingo!your in!I expect the coopers arms will be showing the game - gets very busy but service is usually quick andthe butcombe @ £2 / pint is pretty good
LocoPal Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 Did i read somewhere that next season you would have to be a paying member of a new scheme to gain entry. Hope not. :@
dagest Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 The whole things a bloody farce anyway. Why is it reserved for season ticket holders? They should let anyone in.
Dollymarie Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 The whole things a bloody farce anyway. Why is it reserved for season ticket holders? They should let anyone in. Health and safety I think you'll find, they only have a license that allows so many people in.
Keepers Ball Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 Ive walked in without producing mt ticket. They don't always ask
dagest Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 Health and safety I think you'll find, they only have a license that allows so many people in.And they have to be season ticket holders. I managed to get a day pass last home game and it was virtually empty until 20 mins before kick-off.
