I'm going to put 2 and 2 together, and say that due to his London connections, GJ's brother has probably watched and identified the loan signings of Andrew, Fontaine, Green, Youga and Sankofa in his short spell at the club.Are we in danger of becoming over-reliant on a single scout based solely in London? Surely we should have 2 or 3 scouts, at least on a part time basis, watching teams all over the country. I don't think we do this at the moment, but surely we could? dagest Posted January 30, 2006 Report Share Posted January 30, 2006 I'm not worried at all. I imagine Johnson's bro has a team underneath him or lots of contacts. I think I've also read on here that City employ other part-time scouts on a casual basis as well. Besides, before Johnson came we didn't even have a full-time scout.
