that striker from derby - forgot his name and another player in the championship - its on here somewhere but cannot find it - i think it was originating in the sun newspaper so take it with a pinch of salt especially when the figures touted were around 50k each.

i hope someone can add to the [significant!] missing pieces of this answer.

If Hayter was the main target and we wouldn't go to £300k or anywhere near it, then why would we go to £300k UP FRONT (according to the WDP) for Reddy who's scored less goals and playing at a lower level with a poor injury record???
