Crackers Corner Posted February 10, 2006 Report Share Posted February 10, 2006 hi, i have been using city world for a couple of years and have enjoyed the service. my subscription was due to expire on the 9th so last week i had a phone call from someone representing city offering to renew my subscription for a further year for £35. i agreeed and was extended. however it now appears that i have been extended for two years and charged £70 which i didnt aggree too. i have mailed premium tv on wed but had no reply, i understand the 15 day contract cool off period and that they have to refund me as i cant afford or never aggeed to paying for two years. can anyone from the club or fans on the board either advise me on what to to or pass a phone number that i can call to get this sorted?cheersmatt Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
