screech Posted February 27, 2006 Report Share Posted February 27, 2006 To be honest I hope that none of our players get recognition for any international team, playing for your country should only be a secondary thought.If the Barnsley player wants to play for Australia and is finding it difficult to get into the world cup squad because of the level he's playing at, then he can't be that good a player. He was keen to sign for Barnsley when he did without thinking poo, this may affect my chances of playing for Australia, so he shouldn't feel hard done by now.
