Bookies will want to know who the new 7 teams are in the league for next season before they price up.Roy at the Winning Post might be generous enough to give you some odds but they almost certainly won't be generous in your favour and will represent nothing like the true value of a City promotion.One thing for certain is that when the prices are formed City will be amongst the favourites again! I think its safe to say that anyone who has consistently backed City to be promoted at the start of the season over the last 10 years (or any period of time you choose) will by now have a large hole in their pocket.
