Ben4BCFC Posted March 18, 2006 Report Share Posted March 18, 2006 I am in the transfer window for a Fantasy League at the moment and I have 7mil left to spend on a striker, alongside Henry , I was stuck between Georgios Samaras (The new Man City striker) and Marlon Harewood (West Ham Striker) - Who would you go for as they are both priced at the same price and both are available. Here are their stats...Name----------Pl--Gls---Asts PtsG Samaras----5----3-----1----11 M Harewood--19---9-----5----37For extra info its 3points for a goal and 2 for an assist. Meh Posted March 19, 2006 Report Share Posted March 19, 2006 Got Harewood in my team.Brought him in in his purple patch many weeks back and he didn't score many points after that.Took him out, but, forced to bring him back in when Drogba went to African Nations.Scored loads since and is good for a few points.Samaras is on fire, but, can he keep it going?Personally, I would go for the more dependable points scorer in Harewood over the one liable to get nothing for 3/4 weeks and then pop up with a goal and an assist in 1 game.
