lilciderhed
Been getting alot of stick from the press recently, people have been saying hes a good keeper but is garunteed to make at least one major mistake a game. Robinson is a better keeper and deserves a chance in upcoming friendlies to prove himself for Euro 2004. Is this stick fair or unfair?
Taz
I've always had my doubts about him. He doesn't seem as bad now as he was a few seasons ago, but when he does make an error it's an horrendus one (England v Portugal in the week - Thanks for staying on the line Gareth). The problem is though, who have we got as backup? Paul Robinson (who I think should be given a chance) Ian Walker (always thought that he was useless) Nigel Martyn (still a good keeper, but is 37) Chris Kirkland (Injury Prone) Richard Wright (Has become 2nd choice at Everton thanks to injury and the form of Martyn) There is nobody there that jumps out at you. I think that it is a problem position for England.
