Nibor
He's a midfielder. Not that bothered about missing out on a player who turns down playing at a higher level to sign for Shrewsbury.

The 24-year-old has agreed a three-year contract at Gay Meadow after turning down the offer of a new deal at the Deva Stadium. Shrewsbury boss Gary Peters told the club website: "We've signed him and it was against severe opposition from other clubs who wanted his signature. "Northampton, Bristol City, Port Vale and Yeovil all wanted him and some of them were willing to offer more money."
Nibor
it says on the bbc website that he is a striker....Yep, but he's still a midfielder Read the long article on the Shrewsbury official site if you're interested.
Northern Red
it says on the bbc website that he is a striker....I've seen him play before, trust me he's a midfielder. Would have been a decent signing, but I think the fact that he's rejected offers from teams in a higher division says a lot.
Dolman_Stand
Probably the fact they offered him a 3-year deal which offers a fair bit of security rather that a two-year deal from a League 1 club
