My crude calculations reckon I'll be on at least 360% increase when the divis are paid out on Thursday/Friday without any more press coverage at all for my chosen slebs and I suspect those already above me to show similar if not even better. Hmmm, well yes, but what makes this week interesting is that Vicky B is so much cheaper than Wills. So you could sell Wills, buy more in her and then even if her div stayed as it is currently showing (£8 something) and you were only eligible for 50% of it, you may be quids in from the exchange. And as the dirty text sex antics of David are currently blowing the good clean royal horsing about of Wills out of the water (broadsheets and tabloids) it might just be a gamble worth taking. Or not. The rules for celebdaq appear quite long and so a consequence i've never bothered to read them. From the previous few replies are you saying that you only get the full dividend payout if you hold the shares for a full week or can you plie in on a Thursday night buying only those with big dividends without being penalised?
