The Man In Black
Oh well. It was great while it lasted. Let's just think of it as our first loss of 2004, but our last of the season, eh?
Guest eviltaxman
This is a blip. No need to panic. Next game is the start of next unbeaten run.... even if it includes a draw or two. Congrats to the lads for all their achievements so far... long may they continue. :D Think positive. :Costumed89:
fct
Aye glad this silly winning thing is over, now City can concentrate on getting promotion rather than have the pressure of keeping the wins going.
Grannyjoy
I'm glad the true supporters are taking this positive attitude. Sounded like the team played their hearts out , and shared the fans stunned dissapointment at the end. Heads up though. We still have a team to be proud of. Guest Red_Alligator
Disappointing but bound to happen sooner or later. We're still in it but now that the run is over and the luck's gone against us let's do what we need to do to secure promotion i.e. GET HOLD OF A GOALSCORING STRIKER!! All the others in the race have one (Swindle have got 2 in Mooney and Parkin). Time to act!! COME ON YOU REDS!!
Taz
One thing to add, let's give the lads one of a cheer when they emerge from the tunnel on Tuesday.
fct
If we do go up then I think its no surprise that we'll need 4 quality signings; central defender, attacking midfielder and TWO quality strikers.

Guest truegreen
Don't forget the great performance by Sheffield Wednesday. How many wins at home this season? Against the supposed best of the day? Bravo Wednesday for battling to the end despite 3 penalty appeals turned down!

The lads played well and showed their commitment today. they were as gutted as we were at the end and showed it, but still came back to acknowledge the fans (must have taken some doing given how disappointed they were to concede) So cheers lads for a brilliant run, now looking forward to Wycombe at home on Tuesday. Hope everyone shows the same kind of support as they did today - even after the late goal, fans stayed behind to cheer and clap the players. So a massive roar when they run out on Tuesday
