I would have thought it would have been one of the perfect nights for a red and white night myself. Have I missed the explanation?

I always thought Fridays were preferable as crowds are high due to Saturday players being able to get to a game.

Alas my reasons aren't without self interest. Those of us with Englandfans memberships face missing out on a cap due to City playing on the Saturday.

Are many people in the same boat? I certainly wont miss one of the seasons most eagerly awaited fixtures , for a England game against a village side from Spain.

Just out of intrest moomin, have they decieded where the away game against Andorra's going to be? Heard the rumour about the Nou Camp being used - that'd be cracking few days in Barcelona.
