John-0 Posted March 2, 2004 Report Share Posted March 2, 2004 Hey, did anyone else have any problems collecting their tickets for the east end tonight? I phoned up earlier today and went through the process of exhanging my season ticket voucher for a ticket in the east end. On arrival to the ground I procceded to the ticket office. I know its the correct one because I have exchanged before and also theres an obvious sign. Anyway after a lengthy cue I went up and said my name they went through the envolopes trying to find my ticket which they couldn't so they checked on their database and I eventually they printed me a ticket. Then my friend went up and had a similar problem and this time he did not get a ticket. They refused him even though he rang up in advance . So in the end we got split I was in the Eastend and he was in the Libary they call the willams (poor man!) Apart from this did anyone else notice the lengthy cues as one member of staff delt with 2 cues alternatively :Sleep12: Just wondered if anyone else had any prob?
