Walshy Posted August 31, 2006 Report Share Posted August 31, 2006 GJ played with wing-backs for a time at Yeovil, so we could see it here now that Cotts has gone.It would allow us to have two attacking central midfielders - Noble and Johnson with Skuse as a defensive midfielder. Most teams that get out of our league are strong and aggressive, they don't play flowing, passing(!) football like we try. Big strong blokes like MacCoombe, Brooker, Showmuni are needed down the spine of our team. Maybe we should try Ugly but effective? (And i don't mean Dowie upfront....)
