Lordofthebling Posted October 7, 2006 Report Share Posted October 7, 2006 I know I should get a job, give up cheap beer and start paying taxes, but I'm sure I read on the City site that students could get into Brentford for £8.Now, when I go up and ask for this, I get "they were doing student discount, but not any more.."So, two questions. Did anyone manage to get in with a student discount, and do I complain to City or Brentford if I can be bothered to get my letter writing pen out?Love the "w###er in the green- apparently! cider11 Posted October 8, 2006 Report Share Posted October 8, 2006 I got in yesterday as a Student. It was stated on the city site on the away tickets section that it was a student price available. I did buy my ticket in advance (well my dad bought it in advance) and i got in at whatever the student price was, as all my ticket says is STU in black marker on an adults ticket to show it was a students. Cyderman Posted October 9, 2006 Report Share Posted October 9, 2006 I was told there were a few left at the ticket kiosk, so i went there and got one, although it was apparently a seniors ticket.
