Nogbad the Bad
I'm sure it's rat not cat. Are you? I used to sing "cat" and so did everybody else i knew. Never mind, cat or rat, i'm talking 30 years ago, they're both dead now.
Flaxbourton Red
Still a choice dish in the cockney/northern/liverpool slums. Hang on a minute, imagine the house prices in the cockney slums now, and the're always moaning on eastenders too, bloody cockney rat eaters. Almost as bad as the stenching Eastville slums of the time. Best rendition i ever heard was The Millwall Slums on a Tuesday afternoon during the power cuts. Stoke_Gifford_Red
Yes i do work full time. How do you know though? Just because i say its a shame you have to miss it doesn't mean i don't appreciate its a big chunk of money. A post I read on the supporters trust once, as I found out my friend was at the place I guess you worked at teh same time I was reading the post, so it kinda stuck. Somerset Red
Depended what division you were in, Pilnin', the words, after the first line, were interchangeable. In our division, in the early '70's for example, it would go something like this - to the tune of Land of Hope and Glory: "We hate Nottingham Forest, We hate Cardiff too (THEY'RE SH*T) We hate Bristol Rovers But.. CITY...We love you." ALL TOGETHER NOW....(repeat)!That should do nicely!

Northern Red
that used to sing We hate Nottingham Forest......Used to hear it at every game on Match of The Day. Does anybody know why we all hated Nottingham Forest so much???I haven't got a clue myself.......but I always sang along!Liverpool definately sing it, increasingly so in the last couple of years. I think it re-emerged in the year they won the Champions League, as the two clubs were big rivals in the late 70s (back when Forest were good )
Guest Kermit
It was started by Liverpool who still sing it to this day.

Mancs and Everton?
