A save the Wedlocks campaign has already been started, as the pub was sold to a property developer a while back. The Supporters Trust is trying to help the campaign as well as the Greater Bedminster Partnership.

Dollymarie
We would like to see the pub restored to its former glory, and so are fighting the conversion to flats, and also trying to get the covenant placed on it by punch taverns revoked as well. Dollymarie
Dolly, what was the covenant covering? The covenant stops it ever being used as a public house again, and punch taverns have done this so they have as little competition in the area as possible. This isn't a covenant it is a necessity.
