The BBC, if the highest voted "personality" isn't one of their obvious ones, i.e. Wayne Rooney, David Beckham, Andrew Flintoff, take them out of the running because they realise it's a scam! These will then be collated to form the final 10-person shortlist. In the event of a tie, the editor's decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
