The players never performed, just for once Gary why not blame yourself, you trained the players, you picked the team and you came up with the tactics. Not saying it's all your fault BUT everyone could see JMW has totally gone, we've no strikers at the club ( we know why, let's not go there ) and there's so much fighting going on within the club I think Chris Sanager must be training them. Last year when we lost "it was'nt YOUR team" now it is.

WE need men not young boys to turn this around for us, get some HEART back into the team, the next three games are crucial to the season and to where we will be next year.

Lets be fair GJ has lifted the club from bottom to near the top in about 12 months. It is true though that he seldom takes responsibility when things go wrong. Hes pretty quick though at taking credit for good performances.
