Everyone knows that the winner of that game is almost certainly the winner of the FA Cup. Moving the semi to Cardiff would just cement the idea that it was the actual cup final itself. It would take away from the final and whichever non-Premiership team does make it there. Keep the semi-finals semi-finals and the final the final.
