wesco
Someone asked me to post this on here to improve awareness of Scarboroughs problemsIt is dark times for Scarborough F.C. This once former league club is currently £1.7million in debt, in a CVA and freefalling through the leagues. The one and only option the club has to survive is to sell the current ground to property developers, use the money raised to pay off the debts and use the rest for a new purpose built community driven sports stadium.Unfortunately there is a council covenant on the McCain stadium and the only way the club can move is if this covenant is lifted. The local council have deffered the decision to lift the covenant as they are concerened about the debts! The only way the club can and will survive is if the covenant is lifted, hopefully this will satisfy the creditors and the club can avoid liquidation on the 1st of december.I would be grateful if people could sign the online petition at the following address and give us your support: http://www.gopetition.com/online/10254.html
