Formation Problems

I was thinking many people including myself can quite clearly see that the right side of midfield is a problem area this season. It is obvious Wilkshire & Roberts cannot play there effectively and Goodfellow would be more effective on the left in place of the consistently under-performing Aaron Brown. So why not change the formation to suit the players at the club? How about a 4-3-3 formation? or a

4-1-2-1-2? I will illustrate as best I can below;

Phillips

Carey Butler Coles Hill

Doherty Tinnion Goodfellow

Miller Lita Peacock

OR

Phillips

Carey Butler Coles Hill

Doherty

Wilkshire Tinnion

Goodfellow

Miller Peacock

Obviously people may have views on different personnel but I feel either of those systems would suit our players better and improve our attacking pace.
