Port Said Red
Beautifully done and well worth it's own thread. It's a shame I have already voted in the Forum awards.
WhistleHappy
Could've saved a $hitload of money by just bringing the Army in....They should travel to high-risk matches on the trains with the fans, by the time they get off any would be hoolies would surely be humbled & likely to be giving peace a chance..The Army are most effective & especially motivated at this time of year, wherever theres a crowd - the Army is there in its peace keeping capacity. With a Captain to keep the troops in line ready to be called into action on his command, as soon as they start rattling their tins its amazing how quickly crowds disperse........Bless 'em The Salvation Army - with their brass band, carol singing, kind words & ready smiles - even the hardest hooligans couldnt resist the War Cry, the Army knows exactly how to restore peace amongst the masses & how to treat 'em...
