Collis
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...nal/6187983.stmBasically, Arsenal have banned England flags from being bought into their ground. Unfortunately, this will spread to other teams in the Premiership, and eventually the Coca Cola Leagues. When it does spread to AG, it could be the final straw for me and will consider packing in City for good. I would hope that non English City fans would respect that we are an English club and have a right to show our national flag, this seems to have bypassed some Arsenal "supporters". Stoke_Gifford_Red
Apparently it was a result of Greeks complaining that the Turkish Cypriot flag was shown. Interestingly national flags were banned because the flag of somethign which is internationally unrecognised was shown, so presumably this flag hasn't been banned. Also how must Jews feel knowing that teh Arsenal ground is named after a country they aren't allowed to visit.
next_year_I_hope
but don't they have to have a english flag flying with the premiership flag to represent the FA??

Taz
Possibly something to do with the number of English players in the team. They're probably getting upset because of the flags
