We have bought in quality players from a standard below ours. Where is our current number one Goalkeeper from? Where was our previous number one 'keeper from? Also, I would hope that our academy has some good players coming through who are better than conference players.Still, can see the point of covering all options. BristolCity1992 Posted December 20, 2006 Author Report Share Posted December 20, 2006 Well as the thread thingy that I posted the Vale fans are saying that they have asked the fans to suggest local players that they can then scout and maybe pick out. I failed to point that out in my original thread.I would not really say City should do that might be a good idea but I don't know.... I am undecieded, I still think that we have missed out on some good players over the years though which is a shame.Alot of the players that move on though go to clubs near them Eastwood, Grays to Southend etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
