On the BCFC site GJ says he will have those same senior badges later this year. Millen is held in great regard by the players and within the industry, and its good to see him and GJ in constant consultation on the sideline. Its a partnership and trust that has grown steadily, and is very importent as we strive for success. Millen was obviously not the same man when working with Tinman, but has grown in confidence working with GJ, and the relationship has not harmed GJ either. Like all football marriages, one partner has to wear the pants, but Millen is playing a very good Marie Antoinette, the force behind the throne. Will he have to compete with Marcus or Ward ........etc. This will be the scenario in about 2 years, so we may as well look at our future alternatives, outside of Tinnion that is.
